The Incline Village Real Estate Market Update for May 13th-May 19th, 2013 will keep you up to date on what new homes are on the market, which homes are going into escrownew price reductions on hot properties and ultimately what homes have SOLD and for what???  For the past week in Incline Village Real Estate the following was happening in the MLS…to view all of the available inventory on the market visit us at www.solirealestate.com and click on Search Listings!  There were 14 New Listings, 4 Price Changes and 30 Status Changes.

Incline Village Real Estate New Listings:  Of the 14 New Listings 

971 Fairway has an awesome creek setting on the 1st tee box so the sound of ‘ting…ting….ting’ could be resonating from your master bedroom, if you are a golfer, you’ll LOVE IT!

916 Harold offers a 2 car garage, but cramped setting if you don’t mind that.

585 Ponderosa is a wonderful new built home, has wonderful curb appeal , but situated directly on HWY 28 so be prepared for alot of road noise (not too bad with the windows and doors closed).

551 Lantern is a funky cabin in the woods, great setting, nice cabin features, but the floor plan is unique.

606 Cynthia is a nice home, up high in elevation, some floorplan challenges but overall in good condition and nice setting where lots are typically very tight.

844 Jeffrey came and went without an invitation on the MLS.  This property is just being reported as sold for $402,500.

Another sneaky sale and owned by an agent is 572 Ponderosa which was just listed as under contract  (never available on MLS) this week and will likely close pretty quickly.

Incline Village Real Estate Price Reductions:  Not sure any of the price reductions will result in a huge change in buyer perspective.  Perhaps the home on Fairway??? Wonder why it fell out of escrow and then reduced so quickly!

Incline Village Real Estate Status Changes:  12 New properties went into escrow while an additional 2 are now ‘Under Contract’ meaning we are just waiting to close as all conditions of the contract are agreed upon.
