In the last 1/2 year there has been a dramatic increase in the slow down of short sales and foreclosures in the Incline Village and Crystal Bay 
Community. Don’t get me wrong, the distressed properties still exist out there but whether you blame it on Obama or that it is a Presidential Year or AB284, the numbers of these types of properties hitting the market has slowed way down.
