2012 Mid Year Statistics for Incline Village and Crystal Bay Real Estate

We have moved on to the second half of 2012 and real estate appears to be picking up Nationwide as well as locally. ¬†When comparing the 2012 market to the first 1/2 of 2011 here are the results…

Total Unit Sales are up 7% for Single Family Residences, up 33% for PUD or Planned Unit Developments and even for condominium sales from 2011 to 2012 January-June.

Total Volume is up 7% for Single Family Residences to $65,734,459 over 2011, PUD’s are up 23% to $8,818,900 over 2011 and Condominiums are down -31% to $13,382,285 since 2011. ¬†Interestingly enough total volume for all property sales is almost even with last year (down $4000+/-).

Median Price SOLD which is such a skewed number anyway, du to the extreme severity of differences in our market between low end condos and high end luxury market is down -4% to $780,000 for Single Family Residences, down -% to $515,500 for PUDs and down -26% for condominiums to $258,000.
