Incline Village and Crystal Bay Real Estate Market Watch May 14th-20th 2012

Just as the market starts to heat up the weather goes south on us.  We are heading into the Memorial Weekend (BIG holiday kick-off for Tahoe) just in time for SNOW, SNOW, SNOW.  Yes, last weekend we were planting flowers and this weekend we will be shoveling snow!  HA!  Such is the life in Tahoe!!!

For the week of May 14th through May 20th the following was happening inside the Incline Village and Crystal Bay Real Estate Market…20 new listings, 13 price changes and 24 status changes.  OF those 24 changes 5 are BOM-Back on the Market (either fell out of escrow or were rejected by the market and came back on again), 13 properties are in escrows and 6 SOLD!!!  Not to shabby for May 2012.
