For the week of April 23rd-29th, 2012 there is not much to report. A few new listings (actually new to the market, not just a new realtor or back on again). Only one property sold, but several went into escrow. This week there were 11 New Listings that hit the market, 7 Price Changes and 12 Status Changes of those…2 are Back On Market after being in escrow, 3 new escrows, 3 escrows went under contract meaning they are just awaiting their close date, 3 properties were rejected by the market and only 1 sale. Hot Buys…Check out 998 Driver that just reduced to $299K. It’s a short sale, so put your patience hat on, but at this price or close to it, you could have a nice condo at the lake with a carport.
