Incline Village and Crystal Bay Market Watch April 23rd-29th 2012

Want the down and dirty on the market, but do not have time to search all over the internet for the information.  Each week we look at the previous week and report to you what is happening in the Real Estate Market in Incline Village and Crystal Bay NV.  We wrap it up in a pretty bow and easy to read format to give you the edge on the market data.  For the week of April 23rd-29th, 2012 there is not much to report.  A few new listings (actually new to the market, not just a new realtor or back on again).  Only one property sold, but several went into escrow.  This week there were 11 New Listings that hit the market, 7 Price Changes and 12 Status Changes of those…2 are Back On Market after being in escrow, 3 new escrows, 3 escrows went under contract meaning they are just awaiting their close date, 3 properties were rejected by the market and only 1 sale.  Here is the market snapshot for the week…

Hot Buys…Check out 998 Driver that just reduced to $299K.  It’s a short sale, so put your patience hat on, but at this price or close to it, you could have a nice condo at the lake with a carport.  Of course the bank still has to approve the final price.  New listing at 1314 Tirol looks enticing, price to be determined.
