Incline Village and Crystal Bay Real Estate Market Watch March 19th-25th 2012

Lately there has been a slow down in the Incline Village and Crystal Bay Real Estate Market in regards to new inventory.  New escrows and sales have been holding steady.  This continues to be GREAT news for our small very hyperlocal market.  For the week of March 19th-25th 2012 in Incline Village there were 5 new homes for sale (listed), 5 price reductions, 3 condo sales, 1 new PUD escrow, 4 new Single Family Home escrows and 1 Single Family Home SOLD!  6 Properties were rejected by the market altogether.  Many of you know our motto on that…check your pricing and your amenities and the way your agent is marketing your property on-line.  Newspaper is so yesterday.  Buyers want to see your home on-line as their first showing and then they will decide if they want to see it further.  Make sure you are and your agent are positioning your home correctly on the internet to appeal to the highest number of buyers available.  Would you look at your own home if you were a buyer???
