Incline Village Real Estate Market Watch Week of October 31st-November 6th 2011

Things are most definitely slowing down in Incline Village Real Estate.  Only one new home hit the market this week and it looks like Hot Buy too.  A realistic Seller?  Perhaps… For the week of October 31st, 2011 thru November 6th 2011 there was only one new listing, 19 Price Reductions as Sellers really try to attract those buyers before the snow start flying and 43 status changes.  Of those status changes there were 6 new escrows and 9 sales, still pretty good for the ‘S-L-O-W Season’.
