Incline Village Foreclosure Update

Foreclosures in the area over the last few months have slowed significantly.  Is there another wave of foreclosures and NOD’s coming?  What will the distressed property situation in Incline Village look like in the near future?  These are all GREAT questions and there are no solid answers, but below shows there is still activity in Incline Village and Crystal Bay and still distressed properties out there.  Many of the foreclosures keep stalling…some are in escrow pending bank approval, others are not even for sale.  Keep an eye on this list though…as the notices of default grow and the notice of sale keep from being postponed, we will see the next wave of foreclosures hit the market.  Evidence support this issue is unfortunately not going away, just in another stall.  The following information is the most current information on foreclosures, shorts sales and distressed real estate in Incline Village and Crystal Bay!
