Incline Village Real Estate Market Watch June 27th-July 10th 2011

The 4th of July Holiday was a bllllluuuuurrrr and with so many activities it was crazy busy!  So, this week we are reporting the stats for the last two weeks including June 27th-July 10th of 2011.  Alot is going on inside the Inline Village MLS with 41 new listings to report, 32 price changes and 50 status changes.  13 properties SOLD in that two week time period as well.  The buyers are out there and the screamin’ deals keep coming.  This week a Country Club Villas closed for $665K.  That is the lowest sale in that complex to date by almost $85K…WOW!!!
