Best Buy List week of 3/4/2008

Back to it!  Our office took a break from the ‘Best Buys’ last week due to a short tour and Sandy being out of town for the NVAR Leadership Conference in Phoenix, AZ.  More about that in another blog.

This week there were some very interesting homes on tour , but no real ‘Best Buys’ to speak of or add to the list.  However…it was a week for scrubbing the list as several of the properties have gone into escrow.  Under Condo’s $500K or less 333 Ski Way #256 went into escrow, Homes under $ Mil 1079 Flume has gone into escrow and under Investment Property 1022 Warbonnet is in escrow.

For those of you with a whimsy side or if you like lodgepole pine, have we got the place for you.  It’s stunning in the amount of lodgepole pine that is overdone in this house from the entrance to the trim on the doors and floor, a bit over the top and all that for only $4.5 Million.  Click here for photos and details of the home.  RES Detail ss

746 Mays Boulevard was on tour again, un-officially and is already on the ‘Best Buy List’ having just dropped $235K to $1,550,000.  This home is walk to beach, walk to the store, walk to town…heck you can walk just about everywhere and it’s in one of the most popular subdivisions …Lakeview.

Although it needs a little bit of updating, it is VERY clean and well maintained and offers a clean palette from which to work and over 4360 square feet of living space.  A great family home with open floor plan, generous sized bedrooms almost ½ acre of fenced in, landscaped yard.  A true MUST SEE!

If you want a vacation home that will sleep EVERYONE you have ever known, 1005 Apollo has bedrooms galore.  The floorplan is a bit choppy, but the lakeview is nice and it comes with indoor hot tub and steam room.  See details…RES Detail ss

Until next week…
